- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Modification is being made to the proposal due to closing date being extended. The Government has a requirement for a Test Station Data Management System. This action will be set-aside 100% for small business concerns. It is anticipated that this action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with delivery as F.O.B. Destination. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration database. The solicitation is expected to be posted on or about 27 May 2009 on the NSWC Crane website at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm; no hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed.
