- RECOVERYArchtiect-Engineer Design Services. This notice is for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to contractors awarded contracts under Solicitation No. N6000040400 (Ratio Architect C6000040400, Bahr Vermeer Haecker Architects, C6000040500, and Quinn Evans Architects C6000040600). The selected Architect-Engineer design firm will attend meetings in preparation to prepare Design Development and Construction Documents required for construction/rehabilitation of the Union Building Interior at Keweenaw National Historic Park. The final construction documents will be used as the basis for a Request for Proposal that will be issued to solicit a construction contract for the building. Predesign and schematic design have already been completed.
