- ****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO YOLANDA PEER. You may fax or mail your request ATTN: CCAM-BH-C, Yolanda Peer, Contract Specialist, or LeChara Fletcher, Contracting Officer, FAX number 256-955-8364. No telephone requests will be accepted. The Government has a requirement to procure the following (subject to availability of funds): seven (7) UH-60A/L/M, Master Control Number (MCN) 1520-01-H97-4451, P/N: BPS60R5, fourteen (14) A/L/M Ballistic Protection Systems, MCN 1520-01-H97-5387, P/N: BPS60HR7, twelve (12) Repair kits, NSN 8040-01-561-1259, P/N: 60A1900-00, and 25 bracket P/N A25. The System will be purchased FOB Destination with transportation cost included in unit price. The System may be shipped by routine method of transportation as long as deliveries are completed not later than the dates that are requested. This item is restricted to The Protective Group Inc. d/b/a Protective Materials Company, 14040 N.W. 58th Court, Miami Lakes, FL 33014-3117, Cage Code 3U457. Protective Materials is the only source that possesses the technical data, corporate knowledge, and facilities to produce the modified kits. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
