- The work consists of furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct a parking area at the Sky Crest Trailhead. Work includes clearing and grubbing, excavation and embankment, construction staking, watering, furnishing and placing crushed aggregate for road base, furnishing and placing pavement, and striping parking lot, installing treated wood post fence, applying Government-Furnished seed and applying mulch to disturbed areas, installing Government-Furnished gate, placing and maintaining traffic control, and furnishing independent certified laboratory to perform all required testing. The NAICS Code is 237990. The project site is located in Josephine County, Oregon, in the Grants Pass Resource Area of the Medford District, Bureau of Land Management (BLM). The project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The estimated start-work date is September 7, 2009, and the performance time is 60 calendar days.
