- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A NOTICE FOR SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. THE ACTION DESCRIBED HEREIN IS A MODIFICATION TO AN EXISTING CONTRACT (Contract No. DOLJ081A20618). THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR IDENTIFIED BELOW. This opportunity is available only to Youth Build USA, Inc. under contract number DOLJ081A20618. The Employment & Training Administration intends to award a modification in the amount of $390,000 to Youth Build USA, Inc. These funds are provided under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The contractor will provide technical assistance to YouthBuild grantees that were funded through ARRA. Specifically, the contractor will provide on-site and phone technical assistance to the new ARRA grantees. The contractor will also develop technical assistance resources that will support the greening of the YoutBuild program, including green construction and green jobs. Lastly, the contractor will provide technical assistance through conferences and other training sessions.
