- CSC Applied Technologies LLC (CSC) contemplates issue of an Invitation For Bids (IFB) for the Repair of Tennis Courts at Vance AFB, OK as solicitation number IFB135B. Funds are not currently available for this solicitation and have not been promised or guaranteed. There shall be no legal liability on the part of the Government or CSC should funding not be provided. In the absence of funding no contract will result. CSC reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date in the absence of funding. Offerors will be required to provide for an acceptance period which extends through 31 December 2009. Offerors should consider the impact to their bonding capacity when considering bidding on this IFB. The XTLF 94-1059, Repair Tennis Courts is a fully designed project and consists of demolition of existing tennis courts, concrete slabs, light posts, accessories, and fences; and construction of subsurface drainage, concrete slabs, tennis courts, lighting, fencing, and other work in accordance with the plans and specifications to provide a complete project. NAICS 237990, Small Business Set Aside, Small Business Size $33.5M. Magnitude $250K-$500K. Estimated Issue Date: 14 August 2009 Once issued, please refer to the Solicitation Documents Folder of the solicitation download in the file "Solicitation Offer and Award" to confirm the following dates Pre-Bid, August 27, 2009, 10:00 a.m. at Vance AFB, OK meeting in Building 200 Conference Room 123. Bid Opening, September 10, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. to be held at Building 200 Conference Room 123. Both above dates are subject to change. Please verify prior to dates shown to assure the scheduled events will occur as stated here. Please note: All interested persons wishing to attend the, non-mandatory but highly recommended, Pre-Bid Meeting to be held at Vance AFB must provide the following information a minimum of five (5) days prior to the Pre-Bid Meeting. Company, Address, City, State, Zip, Individuals Name expecting to attend, and a contact phone. Provide all of above via E-mail to rick.murrow.ctr@vance.af.mil. Failure to provide this information may result in not being given access to Vance AFB.
