THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE FACILITIES REPAIR/RENEWAL (FRR) PROGRAM. This opportunity is available only to the following Unrestricted Multiple Award Task Order Contractors (MATOC): Innovative Technical Solutions (W912DY-08-D-0032), VT Griffin Services (W912DY-08-D-0033) and John J. Kirlin Special Projects (W912DY-08-D-0034). The intent of this project is to perform repair and renewal of the interior and exterior components, systems and site for the Marine Corps Reserve Center at Anchorage, Alaska. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to safely complete the repair and renewal activities in accordance with the provisions of the Division 1 Specifications of the basic contract. The work is intended to improve the exterior and interior environment of the buildings and grounds, meet Marine Corps Reserve Center guidance on facility usage, provide for energy savings and conservation, provide Anti-Terrorism Force Protection, provide American Disabilities Act compliance, meet life/safety requirements and satisfy federal, state and local codes and regulations.
