- Recovery Action - This modification is issued to obligate American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (Recovery Act) of 2009 funds for the purpose of supporting research under field work proposal # MSEFRCJN, entitled Nanostructured Interfaces for Energy Generation, Conversion, and Storage (Lead Institute - Cornell University) from August 1, 2009 through July 31, 2014. This funding is for research to be conducted by the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. There are no known subcontracting opportunities. These funds have been placed on a contract that was awarded competitively but that is a cost reimbursement contract due to the nature of research not being estimable to the point that firm, fixed prices can be estimated for the work to be done.
