- RFQP0500090002 Audio/Video Upgrade Business Management Questionnaire The Federal Bureau of Prisons, South Central Regional Office, Dallas, Texas, intends to issue a solicitation RFQP05000900002, for the requirements of: PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF AUDIO/VIDEO EQUIPMENT IN THE SECOND FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, the NAICS code for this requirement is 334310; the small business size for Government procurement is 750 employees. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that is considered most advantageous to the Government, Faith-Based and CommunityBased Organization have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contract which they are eligible. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 5, 2009. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is August 14, 2009. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Payment will be made using the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offeror is required per FAR 52.213-2(b)(2) to complete their representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
