- Reference RFP W912LC-09-R-5000 Energy: Install Photovoltaic which was cancelled on 6 Aug 09 on Fed Biz Ops and also removed from National Guard Contracting Website at: http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/Eb/ebsmsmain.asp This presolicitation notice is replacing RFP W912LC-09-R-5000. CONSTRUCTION PROJECT for Project No. CRWU 08-2009, CRWU 08-2120, CRWU 08-206 and CRWU 08-2119, CRWU 08-2121, CRWU 08-2009 and CRWU 08-2026, Installation of Photovoltaic Panels for Buildings 830, 831, 912, 913, 914, 915, 916 and 917 at Buckley Air Force Base, Aurora CO 80011-9523 and Building 100 at Greeley Air National Guard Station, Greeley, CO 80631. Work shall be performed in accordance with plans and specifications. This project is 8(a) competitive. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the Small Business Size Standard is: $33,500,000.00 in average annual receipts for the past three years. Construction project magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Persons intending to submit a bid are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference and site visit. See Section 00100 for location and date.
