- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91QV109R0051. Engineer Support Services for Installation and Environmental Div. for US Army Contracting Command HQ, Ft Belvoir, VA. This describes the requirements to provide engineer support services to the Army Contracting Commands G-4/7/9 Facilities and Environment Division. Support encompasses contract management; conduct of assessments; develop, prepare, revise and maintain plans, budgets, and requirements; complete all necessary administrative requirements on varied projects; coordinate with stakeholder and advisory activities; advise and collaborate on all division activities. Offeror will provide on-site Engineer support to the Army Contracting Command (ACC) Enterprise and its subordinate Commands, working directly with the HQ ACC G4/7/9 office. The duties and responsibilities for each engineer will be provided in the Solicitation W91QV1-09-R-0051 Performance Work Statement. Based on the workload shortfall identified by HQ ACC G4/7/9 office, the estimated Engineering workload requirement is approximately 4,000+ man-hours of Engineering Support Services in the HQ ACC G4/7/9 office located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Engineering Services Staff will perform Assessment of facilities engineering requirements for the ACC Enterprise which includes subordinate ACC organizations at various military installations, taking into consideration the local Facilities and Environment Division, the local Directorate of Public Works (DPWs) rules/guidance/limitations, costs, utilities availability, space/access issues, and other factors that may affect ACCs ability to complete its mission at each location. This requirement is set aside for HUB Zone Small Businesses. Anticipated performance is 365 calendar days. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be identified in the solicitation. The solicitation notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading at Army Single Face to Industry website https:acquisition.army/mil/asfi/ at no charge. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interest parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. Solicitation W91QV1-09-R-0051 will be posted on or about 5 August 2009 with tentative due date of 2 September 2009 - all other pertinent information will be in the solicitation package.
