- Description
- Project consists of machine piling downed residual slash and live or dead brush on an estimated 600 acres on the McCloud Ranger District, Shasta-McCloud Management Unit, Shasta-Trinity National Forest, Siskiyou County, California. It is anticipated that two separate awards will be made from this solicitation. The solicitation will be available for viewing from this website on or about August 5, 2009. Estimated start work date is approximately September 15, 2009 with a defined performance period to be included in the solicitation. The solicitation will follow FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items procedures. Responding to the solicitation will require both a response to price and a response to evaluation criteria. No formal site visit is planned on this project.
