- Photo of Unit to be moved and color matched Drawing of Items and space TO PROCURE materials, delivery, and installation for SpaceSaver Mechanical Assist Storage System (mechanically assisted storage system). Required item drawing is attached. Rail System materials and installation should be included in proposal. Additionally, any proposal should include movement and integration of existing unit into new system (photo of existing unit is attached and includes the one two sided stoage unit shown in the picture). Unit will be empty when moved. Proposals should include one year maintenance agreement and match the color of existing unit (see attached picture). This is a brand name purchase and any offer must be an authorized dealer for SpaceSaver Mechanical Assist Storage Systems and meet all requirements listed above. This solicitation is a request for quotations. This RFQ is issued under simplified acquisition procedures. The size standard for this effort is 750 employees. NAICS 334310. Delivery: 2 weeks. FOB: Destination. Payment Terms Net 30 Days: Evaluation of Award will be based on overall Best Value to the Government.
