- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES.The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting proposals under Solicitation No. VA-786-09-RA-0339 for the followings: The contractor shall provide all the necessary equipment, parts, material, labor and supervision to Repair 432 square yards of roadway at the West Virginia National Cemetery, Route 2, Box 127 Grafton, WV 26354. The contract performance period is 30 days from the effective date of contract award. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 237310 and the size standard is $33.5 million. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. The solicitation will be available for download on or about August 13, 2009. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:30 p.m., August 31, 2009. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted. No electronic or facsimile proposals will be accepted. No telephone requests will be accepted.
