- Contract Performance Work Statement This “Notice of Intent” provides notification, IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.201(b) (1) (ii), the government intent to issue Modification 5 under contract HQ0028-08-C-0011/KFORCE Government Solutions” that provides for supplemental work in excess of $25,000. This Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) posting number “HQ002891988608” is for commercially available services (Budget Analyst Support) posted in accordance with Office of Federal Procurement Policy Memorandum dated 17 APR 2006, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This government requirement, if solicited, would be advertised as an “unrestricted” procurement with provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27 dated 17 SEP 2008. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (http://www.ccr.gov/) at time award is issued and throughout performance. The government intends to award modification number 5 for additional work, performance period of August 20, 2009 through February 19, 2010, to contractor “KFORCE Government Solutions” under contract HQ0028-08-C-0011. MODIFICATION 5: To provide Budget Analyst Services IAW the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This “Notice of Intent” is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals. A determination by the Government to compete this requirement will be based upon responses to this notice at the sole discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses must be submitted within the close of the publication of this notice TO BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 2:00 PM PACIFIC TIME 20 AUGUST 2009 IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
