- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award Sole Source to MUMPS Audiofax, Inc., 1436 Lancaster Ave.,Suite 260, Berwyn, PA 19312. This sole source is in accordance with authority citations 10 USC 2304(c)(1), 41 USC 253(c)(1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1a(2)(iii). MUMPS Audiofax, Inc. is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Award to another source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling this requirement. The requirement is for Audiocare license renewal. This product will be provided to 830 Potomac Cir, 4th FL, Aurora, CO 80011. Delivery is no later than 30 Days ADC. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
