- The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Qwest Government Services Inc., on other than full and open competitive basis for; 2 each Regional Optical Line Amplifier Starter Kit, SC, Corestream, P/N CSR-OLA-930; 2 each Assy, Blank Module, Common-2, 10 in Wide 14 in Tall, Corestream, P/N 120-0001-065; 2 each Assy, Blank Module, Common-2, 1 in Wide 14 in Tall, Corestream, P/N 120-0001-066; 2 each Rola, Forced Conv Cooled Common-2 Shelf, 7ft UEF NEBS Rack, Corestream, P/N 110-3003-102; 2 each LWOS Corestream, Node license RTU, R7.4 Enhanced, Option3, Option5, P/N S20-0001-740; 1 each N America Cat A Standard HW SW Maintenance, P/N 8NM-CATA-HSM; 1 each N America Cat A NBD Adv Replacement, P/N 8NM-CATA-NAR; 1 each N America Cat A NBD Engineer Dispatch, P/N 8NM-CATA-NED; 2 each On-Site Installation Services, P/N 800-0157-000; 1 each Integrated Network Manager Upgrade R9.0.1, P/N S11-INM3-901U; 2 each Lightworks On-Center Transport Network Manager Corestream/Sentry NE License, P/N 009-2002-379. Additional specifications will appear in the RFQ. This acquisition is solicited under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. Sole source based on having unique capabilities to Qwest Government Services Inc. (Microsoft IE Required). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DOD(s) Central Contractor Registration database.
