- The Acquisition Service Center VISN 9, contracting for the VA Medical Center, Lexington, KY is soliciting proposals for a contractor to provide Mammography (breast care) services for beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions and requirements listed in the statement of work. Anticipated period of performance is October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010 with four, one-year option renewal periods to be renewed at the Government's discretion. This solicitation is unrestricted. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 621399 applies to this procurement. No telephone requests will be honored. No paper copies will be available. All questions must be addressed to the Contracting Officer in writing. Offeror's are responsible for routinely checking this website for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. No individual notification of any amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time for proposals, with technical documentation is included in the solicitation. It is now a requirement that all contractors be registered with CCR (Central Contractor Registration).
