- ****ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE Electronically in Federal Business Opportunities August 10, 2009. The project consists of replacing a failing stream crossing culvert on Quartz Creek Road 2618, at milepost 6.602. Work includes mobilization, construction survey and staking, erosion control and pollution prevention, clearing and grubbing, removal of an existing culvert, grouted riprap, asphalt, and concrete inlet, installation of new culvert, embankment construction, placement of crushed aggregate, riprap, and hot asphalt concrete mix, and traffic control. The project is located at the McKenzie River Ranger District. This project provides for full and open competition. Contract performance time is 30 calendar days from issued notice to proceed.
