- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912PB09B8014. This project specifies the following work: Relocate sanitary sewer lines and storm water sewer lines as well as the long distance line in the area of the annexes on the east and west side. Extend the access road for fire department vehicles on the east side of the building. Magnitude of Project: $ 500,000 - $ 1,000,000. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e. g. authorization to do business in Germany. 20 % of the work must be performed by the prime contractor. Solicitation will be available on the internet at the following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi on apptox 14 Aug 2009. All responsible sources may submit a bit, which will be considered by the Regional Contracting Office Partial dismantling of the existing exterior walls on the east and west side as well as in the interior of the building. Extension of the entrance hall, the parcel storage in the APO area and the parcel service window in the CMR area. In addition, provide post office boxes and a parcel pick-up point in the interior area of the building. Provide a canopy between the annexes on the west side of the building and at the ramp used for pick-up trucks. Perform work described above in two construction phases. The first construction phase comprises the provision of the three annexes in the exterior on the east and west side of the existing building including canopies. The second construction phase will be performed in the interior area of the building, including the extension of the post boxes and the provision of the new parcel boxes.
