- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. A separate written solicitation M67400-09-T-0275 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 4 Aug 2009. In accordance with FAR Subpart 5.202(12). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32 and Defense Acquisition Circular DCN 20090115. DPAS Rating is DO-C9E. The North American Industrial Classification System code is 238390. The Government intends on issuing a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to the offeror that represents the best value to the Government.
