- This requirement is for NSN 6680-00-882-0965, Shaft Assembly, Flexible which is identified by Spec Nr MIL-DTL-10215K, Type Number M10215-1F107. The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The estimated annual quantity is 1044 ea for the base and each option year. Offers will be solicited with a delivery of 86days ARO. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. DLA Direct requirements only. RFP will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. QPL applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
