- Contract Specialist GS-1102-11/12 equivalent Combined Synopsis and Solicitation: RFQ-CO2008410073 Advisory Assistance Services for Contracted Contract Specialist Support is being issued as a RFQ. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Two copies of your quote are due no later than 12:00 noon., Eastern Time on August 19, 2009 to Contracting Office, U. S. Trade and Development Agency, 1000 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 1600, Arlington, VA 22209-3901. Quotes may be submitted by email to contract@ustda.gov. Quotes submitted by facsimile will not be accepted. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-35, July 14, 2009 (www.acquisition.gov). The Government contemplates a firm-fixed price commercial item contract award. This procurement is a small business set aside with a small business size standard of less than $7.0M annual sales under NAICS code 541611. Award is limited to U. S. citizens see H.8. The Government’s expects a qualified independent contractor will have the skills, knowledge and abilities associated with a GS-1102-11/12 Federal employee. All contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) and Online Representations and Certification Applications (ORCA) in order to receive a contract award. For additional information regarding this solicitation, email contract@ustda.gov, telephone calls will not be accepted. Description of services to be rendered is provided in the attached statement of work and supporting documentation. This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be the only solicitation document and no hard copy is forthcoming. Only one award is considered for this solicitation.
