- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W911S1-09-T-0036. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide contracted supplies, unless specified as provided by the Government. Items include: Pressurized crossflow paint and cure spray booth, Global Finishing Solutions Model #CDG-2016-PDT-64, or equal to include installation, wiring, start-up, and training. Specifications/scope of work will be included in the solicitation. This is a commercial acquisition. This solicitation is a request for quote and is issued as 100% Small Business competitive with a primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 332311 and a size standard of 500 employees. Prospective contractors must be a Small Business, as verified on Central Contractor Register (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 7 Aug 09 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The required response date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-35. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the CCR at the time of award.
