- Recovery - This notice is for informational purposes only and is issued in accordance with the guidance in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and FAR Subpart 5.7. Two task orders will be issued under existing IDIQ Contract No. SB1341-08-CQ-0018 with HDR Architecture, Inc. Task order no.69286 is to design and develop complete construction documents for the installation of a Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) tool, and task order no. 69287 is for post award construction services.
