- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Hardware/Software Branch, Software Section, (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB, IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to Innovation Data Processing, 275 Paterson Ave Ste 301, Little Falls, NJ 07424-1658. This acquisition is for a follow-on procurement effort to renew the expiring software licensing and maintenance support contract for Innovation Data Processing software products. The software being maintained is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 01 October 2009 through 30 September 2010. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance renewal must complete the solicitation, HC1028-09-T-2212, available by email request to lynn.buss@disa.mil, and return it no later than 4:00 PM (Central Standard Time) on 5 August 2009. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The NAICS code for this procurement is 518210.
