- Description
- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential quoters for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Supply Purchase Order for computers, software and accessories for Belcourt PHS, IHS Hospital in Belcourt, North Dakota. The period of performance for delivery will be forty five (45) days from date of award. The Contractor shall perform according to the Specifications stated in the quote. The unit price is an all inclusive cost which is to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state and local taxes, plus all other costs pertinent to the performance of the purchase order. Requests for the Request for Quotations (RFQ) package, RFQ-09-125, shall be in writing either by email or fax. In the written request please reference RFQ number RFQ-09-125 and provide a postal mailing address, email address and/or fax number where the RFQ package can be sent. Please reference how you would like the RFQ package sent. The RFQ package will be released approximately fifteen (15) days after the date of this publication which will be August 18, 2009. The closing date of the RFQ package is September 3, 2009. This is a service disabled veteran owned small business set-aside.
