- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER VISN 21 IDIQ CONTRACT VA261-P-0221.RECOVERY - Design Replace HVAC Systems in Outbuildings A/E Design Services for Project #R570-09-140 This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a Task Order to Frampton Consulting Engineers under VISN 21 IDIQ contract VA 261-P-0221, IAW department guidelines for recovery projects. This is not an invitation for proposals, it is only being provided for informational purposes per department policies. The A/E shall prepare an Evaluation Report, Design Development, Drawings, Construction Documents, Specifications, and Cost Estimates for all disciplines to install new, dedicated HVAC systems to replace the existing HVAC systems serving Buildings 3, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and Building 24 Research Laboratory. A/E shall provide all necessary/required professional engineering services to include, but not limited to: investigative/evaluation/design services, tools, equipment, materials, labor, travel, expertise, supervision, testing, analysis, and specialty services to accomplish all items and requirements outlined in this SOW.
