- AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROJECT THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO contractors with an existing Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Delivery (IDIQ) contract as awarded under the multiple award IDIQ contract for alteration/repair/demolition projects for the work category of utilities. This is not a solicitation. IDIQ contract was previously awarded competitively with the use of best value source selection procedures. The IDIQ Task Order is firm fixed price. The USFWS has a requirement to furnish, deliver and place rock on Cliff Ridge Road at the Little Pend Oreille National Wildlife Refuge in Colville, WA (Stevens County). Work will be completed within 30 calendar days. The NAICS code is 237310. Small Business size standard is $33.5 million. The project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. Basis for award will be low price. Treasury Account Symbol (TAS) number is 1409/101610 and project number is R1GE. PROJECT INFORMATION: Contractor to provide gravel as listed in the Statement of Work.
