- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California has a requirement to procure AN/UYQ-Q-70(V) Post Production Spares for DDG 51 Class Ships NSWC-PHD intends to issue a Fixed Price Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement Number N00024-05-G-5131 on a sole source basis to Lockheed Martin (LM) Maritime Systems & Sensors Tactical System, P.O. Box 64525, St. Paul, MN for the services and supplies in support of this AN/UYQ-70(V) equipment. This requirement is for the procurement of twenty (20) items detailed in attachment (1). These items are in support of PEO-IWS-1AQ3. See Numbered Notes 22 and 26.
