- Description: FRAME, AIRCRAFT APPROVED SOURCE: TOLO INC DBA BF GOODRICH AEROSPACE (18118) P/N 68B230100-104 EXPORT CONTROL APPLIES This is a Critical Application Item. Configuration Control Applies; Source Inspection Required. IAW DRAWING NR 76301 68B230100 AMEND NR DTD 99 OCT 20 AND DRAWING NO 76301 68B230100 AMEND NR DTD 39 JAN 01 TYPE NUMBER 68B230100 This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. Required quantity is 42 each. FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at Origin. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is 1560-01-467-5935, PR 0021093787. Delivery requirement is 150 days. Technical data is subject to Export Control Regulations. This solicitation is subject to the World Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation.
