- Description
- This a proposed acquisition for Bacteriological and Chemical Analysis of Drinking Water Samples at Luke Air Force Base Bioenvironmental Engineering, Arizona. The contractor shall operate a laboratory certified for drinking water analysis by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS). The laboratory must be in good standing with both agencies and not be under view or investigtion by either agency. The laboratory must be located within one day's travel of Luke AFB in order to facilitate this requirement. The solicitation will be posted to http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 11 Aug 09. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 541380 and the small business standard is $12 million. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract (Basic year plus four (4) options) as a result of the solicitation. The solicitation may be downloaded from FedBizOpps, since copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registry (CCR) prior to award of contract with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at http://www.ccr.gov.
