- RFQ DTFH70-09-Q-00011 Solicitation Package This project consists of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment, for an HVAC Electrical Upgrade - Stage 1 in preparation for eventual installation of new HVAC equipment at FHA/Western Federal Lands Highway Division, Vancouver, WA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238210. This solicitation is 100% set aside to small business firms, all others will be deemed non responsive. The related small business size standard is $14.0 M. The proposed performance period is 30 calendar days after notice to proceed. The magnitude of this proposed construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price construction contract with a period of performance (POP) of 30 days to provide the following: Installation of power and electrical power boards that will be used to supply future installed HVAC equipment. Work does not include installation of cable and power to HVAC equipment. Layout and information is provided on specifications, drawings, and schedules included as part of this statement of work. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing and may be emailed to marlene.marcellay@fhwa.dot.gov or faxed to 360-619-7855, Attn: Marlene Marcellay. No telephone questions will be accepted. A site visit is scheduled for August 11, 2009, at 1:00 pm, local time. All contractors are reminded, in accordance with FARS 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration; contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. If the Offeror does not successfully register in the CCR database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror.
