- IFLOLS INTERIM SPARES LIST part numbers and quantities NOTE: This posting constitutes the only notice. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to purchase spares for interim spares used to support ship installations for the Improved Fresnel Lens Optical Landing System (IFLOLS), Phase III Modifications, ECP-I-VLA-0156. The spares are parts that need to be procured for delivery prior to October 2009 to support the first ship installation. Please see attached spreadsheet for part numbers and quantities. FOB Destination. Inspection /Acceptance at destination. The Government will award one (1) fixed-price contract to the offer constituting the best value to the government. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. All contractors seeking an award must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. No contractor may receive an award if the company is not registered. For CCR information, contact the CCR Registration Center at 888-227-2432 or visit their “user-friendly” website at www.ccr.gov.
