- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure, as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, entrance mats and scrappers for five buildings for Navy Personnel Command, Millington, TN. This work involves replacing mats with clean mats every two weeks and replacing scrappers with clean scrappers once every three months. The months are October, January, April, and July. Mats must be dark blue with rubber backing. Scrappers must be black rubber. Contractors shall provide unit pricing (for mats/scrappers as the quantities required are subject increase or decrease) and the total cost for size based on the current requirements of 29 mats and 25 scrappers. The period of performance is from October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2010. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The solicitation will require the submission of price proposals. The contract will cover a base year beginning on 1 October 2009 with four (4) one-year options.
