Description
The Oregon Army National Guard has a requirement to provide laundry services. The solicitation is W81B31-9205-R001 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Quotes are due by August 20, 2009, 1:00 p.m. Oregon Local Time. The RFQ will result in a Requirements contract. To request a copy of the RFQ send an email request to nicollette.kennemer@ng.army.mil. Scope of work: 1.1 Provide, clean, pick up and deliver the required number of coveralls, jackets, and cleaning rags for the Oregon Army National Guard, Camp Withycombe and State of Oregon Employees at Camp Withycombe. Any additional items that need to be added to the contract will require written approval by the contracting office. 1.2 Provide project management to include coordinating with the Contracting Officers Representative prior to the issuance of a Delivery Order to ascertain the coveralls, jackets, and rags requirements for each delivery. 1.3 Provide delivery within 7 days of the signed order. Remove the used coveralls, jackets, and rags to replace with the clean ones. Delivery will need to be once a week during our work hours which are 0700-1530. One week turnaround on new employee coveralls unless the employee is in a larger size that is not a normal size. 1.4 Monitoring of garments will be counted at facility upon leaving, so we know who turned it how many coveralls that week. The driver should have a cell phone and/or hand held device for accurate placement of each garment. An online account status website is required and will be monitored by specific individuals at the Camp Withycombe maintenance installation. The Offerors must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR). Information concerning CCR requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Centers at 1-888-227-2423. Only contractors who are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) can be awarded a contract. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability. Offerors proposals shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days to be acknowledged in the offerors proposal. Point of Contact: Nicollette Kennemer.
