- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for a firm fixed-price contract for a Physician Services for Collbran Job Corps, Collbran, CO. This is a base year contract with 4 option years; in accordance with the option clauses, each year the government may unilaterally exercise the option to extend the contract for an additional year. If all options are exercised the final end date will be June 30, 2014. Solicitation No. R09PS40003 will be issued on or about August 4, 2009, and will be available for downloading directly from the following website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The date for receipt of quotes is August 11, 2009. This solicitation will be processed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded on or about January 1, 2010. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is: 621111; the small business size standard is 10 million. The government intends to award this contract as a sole source award to Dr. Erika Woodyard. Dr Erika Woodyard is one of two doctors practicing in Collbran, CO; both doctors will receive contracts due to the remote location. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by this agency. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award.
