- W91243-09-T-0039 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, W91243-09-T-0039, is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32. This is a small business set-aside referencing NAICS code 332212 with a size standard of 500 employees. Please see attached document for item descriptions. All "or equal" offers shall provide specifications, descriptive literature of product offered and country of manufacture. Desired delivery date is 30 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination to Lincoln NE, zip code 68524. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Buy Amercian Act shall apply to this solicitation. Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this RFQ and price is the specific evaluation criteria. All offerors will complete a copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with their offer. Offers are due 11 AUG 2009 no later than 12:00 noon CST at the USPFO for Nebraska, 1234 Military Rd, Lincoln NE 68508. Offers may be mailed, faxed to 402-309-7549 or emailed to craig.peate@us.army.mil. Prospective vendors shall be CCR Registered to be considered. All responsible quotes will be considered.
