- The Bureau of the Public Debt, on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, intends to award a contract by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(i). Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to issue a sole-source award for one (1) Tax gap and econometric analyses of federal excise tax losses due to alcohol diversion/smuggling toMacro International Inc,11785 Beltsville Drive, Calverton, MD 20705-3119. This is a notice to award using other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered a response. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Responses to this request can be emailed to psb3@bpd.treas.gov - Attention: DStephenson and BK. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading.
