Description
We intend to purchase a VIC-3D Digital Image Correlation System and a VIC-3d High-speed Digital Image Correlation System with a custom mainframe and VIC-3D post-processing license provided on USB dongle as described below from Correlated Solutions, Inc. 120 Kaminer Way Pkwy., Suite A Columbia, SC 29210. Two standalone turnkey solutions for full field measurements of 3D coordinates, 3D displacements, 3D velocities, and 3D strain for quasi static and high speed applications. The field of view ranges from a small specimen (5mm x 5mm) to a structural system (3m x 3m). The time scale required is quasi static 5Hz data acquisition to impact 5000Hz. A partial list of desired features is as follows: Hardware Quasi Static Cameras: •CCD 5M pixel firewire S800 •10bit true resolution, SNR > 60dB, or better. •IIDC 1394-based Digital Camera Specification compliant •5fps minimum sustained capture speed. •Lenses to accommodate the required field of view described above •C-mount connection High Speed Cameras: •1M pixel Gig-E •5000 fps minimum at full resolution. •Lenses to image a 1m x 1m to 3m x 3m from a working distance of approximately 3m. Computer: •Two Computers. One for the quasi static and another for the high speed. •Quad Core computational platform. •64GB Solid State hard disk for fast image saving. •Monitors suitable for displaying the images from the cameras Accessories: •Calibration targets 5mm, 40mm 110mm, 350mm, 750mm •LED lighting system •All necessary hardware to use both quasi static and high speed systems simultaneously. Tripods, heads, channels, lighting, etc Software Computer: •Linux OS preferred, Windows XP acceptable •3D 50 microstrain or less resolution for the quasi-static case. •Calibration of third camera without data stitching •Integration with third party cameras •Import and export of data •Real time access to strain data that allows feedback into machine control at 5Hz •Discrete marker tracking •3 additional seat licenses for post processing data If there are any potential vendors that have the afore mentioned salient qualities or bettere and are interested in being considered, contact Mr. Mike Belovsky prior to the deadline. Be prepared to present your product for consideration.
