- PR NO: 0021794805. Proposed Synopsis for SPM4A609R0721- NSN 6150-01-398-2155 for a quantity of (29ea), CABLE ASSEMBLY, SPECIAL PURPOSE, ELECTRICAL. A solicitation will be issued for a Firm Fixed Price solicitation with a 100% option. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competitive procedures. This is a part numbered item, the approve suorce is cage: 60118 - DCX-CHOL ENTERPRISES INC. Item is not commercial off the Shelf. Delivery is estimated at (132) days or best available. FOB: Destination / Inspection & Acceptance: Destination. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. This is a Critical Application item not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). CONFIGURATION CONTROL APPLIES.
