- PWS FA8224-09-R-0091 RFP FA8224-09-R-0091 The protective and clean room clothing program provides services for the lease and cleaning of protective clothing and clean room protective clothing for the 309th Maintenance Wing (MXW) at Hill AFB, UT and Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. The contractor will provide and maintain contractor owned clothing in quantities listed in Appendix F in accordance with the attached PWS.
