- RECOVERY: PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF EXCAVATION, BACKFILL, AND COMPACTING STRUCTURES FOR CASTLE GARDENS RECREATION SITE REPAIR, WASHAKIE, WYOMING.THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED FROM THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) (RECOVERY ACT) OF 2009.The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for the construction of a site repair in Castle Gardens Scenic Area, Washakie, Wyoming.The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238990, with a standard size of $14.0M.The cost range is less than $25,000. The anticipated period of performance is 95 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.This acquisition will be advertised as an Emerging Small Business set-aside under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Emerging Small Business Set-Aside preference IAW FAR 19.1007(c) applies. This announcement serves as the advanced notice for the project.
