- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items. 1) Model# 3000-510 384x4 Dual Wire Matrix, Giga-tronics P/N 90400330, Qty 1 Each; 2) Model# 3000-39, 8X10HF, 3X10UHF, 6 Star Switches, Giga-tronics P/N 90400300-002 Qty 2 Each. This requirement is sole sourced to: Giga-tronics, Inc., 4650 Norris Canyon Road, San Ramos, CA 94583 as the only vendor able to supply these items. Any firms believing that they can provide this requirement, per the part numbers, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
