- Project Description: Road Reconstruction on Forest Road 39 (Texas Gap Road) and Forest Road 212 (Hancock Branch Road). Work is to be completed in fall 2009. Project Location: The roads are located on the Green Mountain National Forest in the town of Hancock, VT (Addison County) Price Range The Government's estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000. This project is advertised for full and open competition pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Solicitation documents including plans, drawing, maps, specifications will be posted to this this site on or about August 19, 2009.
