- Description
- The principal features of the work includes furnishing all required supplies, material and labor to construct and install two (2) stone monuments at one (1) location as generally located on Attachment 1. Specific location of the monuments will be designated by the Government after award. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. Construction Time Period - 2 monuments to be completed within 90 days of award. The work is situated near the Provo River between Jordanelle Reservoir and Deer Creek Reservoir in Wasatch County, Utah. There will be a pre-award site visit on Friday, August 14, at 10:00 a.m. The meeting place will be the Angler Access parking lot on the south side of Midway Lane at the Provo River. This project is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on progress of the project is required. Solicitation No. R09PS40R04 will be issued on or about August 3, 2009, and will be available for downloading directly from the following website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The date for receipt of quotes is August 21, 2009. This solicitation will be processed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded on or about August 25, 2009. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is: 238140; the small business size standard is $14 million. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by this agency. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award.
