- The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (GSA/PBS), Contracting and Facilities Management Division (PGE) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis with Solibri, LLC located in Scottsdale, AZ to require and make effective use of Building Information Models (BIM), and to leverage the development work already commissioned for the Office of the Chief Architect, Design and Construction. This proposed contract action is for services that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1 – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Small businesses are encouraged to apply. The Government will consider all responses received by 12:00PM EST, Wednesday, August 19, 2009.
