- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested for the required items and no written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation number W911S7-09-T-0322 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-3 19 July 2009. This is a total (100%) Service Disbled Veteran Owned Small business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS 423210 with a size standard of 500 employees. Ft. Leonard Wood MO requires the following items: Line Item 0001: Double cubicle style workstation: 105wide x74 deep66high; with overhead shelf/storage container; slide out keyboard tray on both side of the booth; 24 deep work surface; work surface shall have electrical/data cable routing via base raceways; three-drawer pedestal file included;2 thick aluminum frame panels; durable 1-1/8 thick high-pressure laminate work surfaces with impact-resistant T-mold edges; color shall be charcoal gray; Maxon part number MKIT116P or equal; 11 each; the reference items may be viewed at the Maxon website www.maxonfurniture.com. Line Item 0002: Single cubicle style workstation: 76wide x 76 deep66 high; with overhead shelf/storage container; no locking three drawer chest; slide out keyboard tray; 24 deep work surface; work surface shall have bored holes with grommet for IT/telephone wire; partition wall shall be fabric covered; color shall be charcoal gray; Maxon part number MKIT113P or equal; 2 each; the reference items may be viewed at the Maxon website www.maxonfurniture.com.
