- Clauses and Provisions Statement of Work HSBP1009Q2540 SF18 Statement of Work Evaluation Criteria The Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Marfa Sector Border Patrol, is requesting a firm-fixed price quotation for: Doosan MVS-6 Unit with PTZ Color Camera Remote Operated Video Surveillance System. This requirement is being awarded under FAR Part 12 and will result in the issuance of a purchase order. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The request for quote number is HSBP1009Q2540. This requirement is solicited as a 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS with a North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAIC) of 334290. One contract is anticipated to be awarded as a result of this request for quote. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applies to this acquisition. Companies must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system before an award can be made to their company. If a company is not registered in CCR, they may do so by going to the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov. Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) applies to this acquisition. Companies must be registered in ORCA before an award can be made to their company. If a company is not registered in ORCA, they may do so by going to the ORCA website at https://orca.bpn.gov/. Customs and Border Protection requires the following item “Brand Name or Equal”: (1) Each – Doosan MVS-6 Unit with PTZ Color Camera Remote Operated Video Surveillance System The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-031. The following FAR clauses and provisions that apply to this acquisition are attached. For technical questions, please contact ACPA Randy Davis.
