- NSN 1680-01-312-0763, PR number 0022953835, disconnect assembly, mortor dual cartridge used on the F-15 Eagle Aircraft. Solicitation is for 44 each to be shipped to Tracy, CA and New Cumberland within 570 days After Receipt of Order. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement may be accessed on the “C folders” link from the DIBBS website after the issue date of the solicitation. Solicitation is Full and open competition after exclusion of sources, 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is August 20, 2009 with a closing date of September 21, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters
